To register a Production Company, a representative of that Company voluntarily supplies us with various information about the company. General Information about the Company may be made public to anyone accessing our web site(s). We also collect private information about the individual named as the contact person for that Company. We request that you voluntarily supply us with personal identifying information about that contact person, including their e-mail address and home or work telephone number. This contact information will not be made publicly available on the web site(s). We use that contact information internally for purposes such as correspondence or to enable the contact person to participate in an online activity. That contact person will, from time to time, receive communications from United Stages.

To submit an individual bio, we request that you voluntarily supply us with biographical information and an image. This information may be made available to registered Production Companies. This information is not considered private. United Stages may also use the information to prepare programs.

United Stages may offer membership in various clubs. Your participation is entirely voluntary. Members will be asked to provide their name, email address, and zip or postal code. We will not divulge members full names or email addresses to third parties, however, we may use first names and town (based on zip or postal code) for United Stages' marketing.

Unless you specifically request otherwise, the contents of emails to United Stages may be used in marketing or promotions. In those cases, neither your email address nor your full name will be divulged.
