We accomplish quite a lot in our sixteen-day turnaround: professional copyediting, magazine-style layout, internal and external proofing, corrections and printing. Depending on our workload at the time, we may actually be able to work even faster. However, every rush order affects all other current orders, so we must charge extra for the lost time and added labor.
We need all of your program content at least 16 days prior to the date you choose to either pick up your programs or have them delivered to you. If content must be submitted after the 16 day deadline a $150 RUSH CHARGE will be applied.
If your pick-up or delivery date is less than 7 days away and we're still waiting for content, then we will not be able to process your order on a rush basis. In that case, your pick-up or delivery date will be extended to allow for 7 days of final processing.
